How much CBD should I start with?
Since everyone is unique, the amount of CBD will vary based on your weight & severity. For starters, we recommend using at least a 1/4 dropper (0.25 mL) and gradually increasing your dosage over time. The CBD infographic below is a reference point for someone using CBD for the first time.
Begin with this range until you find your optimal dosage:
There are many forms CBD out there, including tinctures, capsules, creams, vaporizers & edibles such as gummies. Because everyone is different and will not react the same way, the size or dosage of CBD differs for each person. It is best to start small and gradually increase until you experience your desired results. For experienced users, start with at least Week 2. If you still continue to not experience any effects, try doubling your dosage.
Are There Any Side Effects?
Though CBD is generally well tolerated and considered safe, it may cause adverse reactions in some people including, but not limited to:
- Diarrhea
- Changes in appetite
- Fatigue
If you are using any prescribed medication, please consult with your doctor prior consuming CBD.
