Order Processing and Delivery

If the order was placed before 9 AM EST and the payment was verified, we will ship out your package on the same day.

If you placed an order on the weekend, you will have to wait until Monday for the order to be processed and shipped as long as payment is verified.

Free Shipping: All orders are shipped with Canada Post from Ontario with standard processing. Shipping times take 2-4 business days in Ontario or Quebec and 4-8 business days in Eastern & Western Canada as well as rural areas.

Express Shipping: All orders are prioritized and shipped with Xpresspost from Ontario. Shipping times take 1-2 business days in Ontario or Quebec and 3-5 business days in Eastern & Western Canada as well as rural areas.

We will send you the tracking information once the order has been processed.

CBD2HEAL is not liable for any products that are shipped to an incorrect and/or wrong address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter in the correct address details. If a package comes back to us as “undeliverable” or as “insufficient” or “wrong address,” the purchaser will be charged for shipping the package to its proper destination (even if the order originally warranted free or reduced shipping).

We currently only ship to Canada.
