The first order must have got lost in transit. I did eventually receive it about three weeks after ordering it. But, the quality of the product was compromised somehow. It was lumpy and runny. The second one you sent me to replace the first “lost ” order came promptly and the quality of the product seems better.
Helps my pain for arthritis
Ordering was straightforward. And delivery was prompt. Product helps alleviate my thumb pain from osteoarthritis.
This used to be such a nice balm, now it’s just an oily, half liquid mess. I store it away from light at room temp. Why so gooey? I was about to recommend it to a friend, but held off because it just feels gross.
